Yet again it’s time for my annual list of upcoming album releases.  I do this as much for my own sake as I do for anyone else… it’s amazing to me that there’s no good place to find out about music release dates.  There’s lots of places that try but they are never complete or up to date as much as I’d like.

Anyway, it doesn’t seem like 2008 is going to be as exciting of a year for music as 2007 was.  It seemed like last year every one of my favorite bands put out a new one…  so that doesn’t leave much for ‘08.  This year seems like it will be the year of the 90s bands reborn… Alice in Chains, Blind Melon, Counting Crows, and even Third Eye Blind (!?!) are set to release something.  Some of those bands are listed here more for curiosity’s sake than anything else…

And of course, Ryan Adams (to the right there) is always good for an album or four.
