Hearty Ale
I’m kind of excited about this beer, even though the whole concept is kind of a gimmick. I wanted to create a beer with four types of grain, but I really had no idea how to approach it… so I just used a barley base and added a half pound each of flaked rye, wheat, and oats.
Who knows what will come of it, but I’m excited!
